The classic biscuit gem but with a refined twist.  Hand baked and iced gems in an array of colours. They have a  light Madagascan vanilla biscuit base, using the finest ingredients such as  British butter and  free range eggs . The icing has a wonderful crunch to compliment the snappy buttery biscuit base.

Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, icing sugar, water, dried egg whites, vanilla extract. 

Biscuits may contain some of the following food colours: E102, E104, E110, E122, E124, E129, E133, E155. 

Best before: Stay fresh in packaging for up to 6 weeks.
